Terms & Conditions

Confirmation Of Booking

On receipt of the booking form and proof of payment or purchase order, you will receive an information pack and a confirmation letter by e-mail, confirming your participation in the training event.

Delegate Substitution

Substitution can be made at anytime without incurring a penalty. Please inform us in writing, so we can make the necessary arrangements for the new delegate.

Fees

The contract price is fixed for the dates and number of delegates. Should fewer delegates attend the course than specified in the original booking, the client is still liable to pay the full contract fee. Delegates may have the option of joining future course dates set for the same course and same client within six months from the booking date.

All cancellations must be done in writing and e-mailed to admin@xcellacademy.net. If you have to re-schedule or cancel the booking, please inform us immediately.

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

30 Days before a course 20% of course fee

1-3 Days before a course 50% of course fee

Absent on the day of the course 100% of course fee

Transfer of dates

The transfer dates option only apply to delegates who are transferring to a different date for the same course. Transfers can only be made up to 7 working days prior to the course, after which, the registration is considered to be a cancellation and the cancellation policy will apply.

Public Courses

All terms and conditions stated  above will apply to public courses, except, electronic payments of course fees need to be paid in full 7 days prior to the commencement of the course.

Please note that no delegate will be permitted to attend any training course without proof of payment.

All courses will only be presented if there are a minimum of 5 (five) delegates confirmed.

XCell Academy reserves the right to postpone courses with less than  5 (five) delegates to a future date.
